Tucker Webster is the driver and a dedicated young racer with a passion for competition and growth. At just 10 years old, Tucker has already developed a strong work ethic and love for motorsports that continues to push him both on and off the track. The son of Shelby Howell and Zachary Webster, Tucker is the proud big brother to his younger sister. His passion for racing began at a very young age, and that drive has only grown as he continues to learn, compete, and progress behind the wheel. When Tucker isn’t at the racetrack or in school, he stays active by training his body and mind through wrestling, helping him build strength, discipline, and focus that translate directly into his racing. He also enjoys studying the sport by watching old racing videos, learning from the drivers and moments that shaped motorsports history. Outside of competition, Tucker loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys being outdoors, whether it’s camping, swimming, or anything that keeps him active. Known for his kind, caring, and compassionate nature, Tucker carries himself with humility and respect, representing his team, sponsors, and supporters with pride. Tucker Webster is driven by passion, dedication, and the goal of continuous improvement one lap at a time.


Shelby Howell

Shelby is Tucker’s mom and biggest supporter, taking pride in watching him grow, develop, and progress as a driver while building a team and brand designed for long term success. Shelby Howell serves as the team manager for Tucker Webster Racing, overseeing the full scope of operations that keep the team competitive on and off the track. From building the season race schedule and coordinating logistics to managing marketing, media, and sponsor relationships, Shelby plays a key role in the team’s day-to-day and long-term success. In addition to race operations, Shelby leads brand strategy and merchandise development, working closely with designers to create bold, recognizable apparel that reflects the Tucker Webster Racing identity. She also plans and executes team events, including TWR Bingo Nights, and coordinates public appearances such as parades and meet-and-greet events that help connect fans, partners, and the racing community. Shelby and Tucker value giving back and enjoy using racing as a platform to support causes they care about through select community initiatives and partnerships. These efforts are approached with intention and authenticity, complementing the team’s broader mission without losing focus on competition. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism, Shelby helps ensure Tucker Webster Racing operates at a high level, building a brand that sponsors can trust, fans can rally behind, and the team can grow with season after season.

Stan Webster

Crew Chief

Stan comes from a multi-generation racing family, Stan has carried that legacy forward by mentoring and supporting his children’s and grandchildren’s racing careers with unwavering dedication. Stan’s passion for racing began in 1983 as a driver himself, earning a double championship and the Utah State Dual Track Challenge Championship. Over the past 43 years, serving as a crew chief across multiple divisions. As a crew chief, Stan has accumulated over 405+ career wins and 11+ championships, a testament to his experience, leadership, and commitment to excellence. One of Stan’s proudest accomplishments was helping guide his son, Zach, to become the Idaho State Champion and earn the NASCAR National Division I Rookie of the Year award in 2019. In recognition of his impact on the sport, Stan was also honored as Sportsman Crew Chief of the Year in 2005. Stan has been Tucker’s crew chief since the very beginning of Tucker’s racing career, playing a foundational role in his development both on and off the track. Tucker is Stan’s pride and joy, especially as his first grandson, and their relationship reflects a deep bond built on trust, mentorship, and shared passion. The bond Stan and Tucker have built over the years has been truly special to watch. As the primary crew member working on Tucker’s car, Stan spends weeks leading up to race day preparing, maintaining, and fine-tuning every detail. When race week arrives, he thoroughly goes through the car to ensure it is 100% track ready. On race day, if anything goes wrong, Stan is immediately there to diagnose and fix the issue. Beyond the mechanical side, he takes pride in teaching Tucker every aspect of racing explaining key points, walking him through what to watch for, and helping him understand how the car should feel and respond. Beyond the wins, Stan is known for his tireless work ethic and uncompromising standards for safety. He dedicates countless hours of personal time ensuring Tuckers race car is race-ready and meets strict safety requirements before hitting the track. As the primary mechanic, he is hands-on with all repairs and maintenance, believing firmly that safety is always the number one priority.
